- The applicant farmer should be a beneficiary of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
- The farmer should originally be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- The farmer has cultivable land.
- The farmer's family should be mainly based on agriculture.
- No person from the farmer's family should hold a government post.
- The age of the farmer should be at least 18 years.
- The name of the applicant farmer should be under the BPL list.
- The applicant farmer should not be an income tax payer.
